Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation and Booking Policy governs the terms and conditions related to appointment bookings, cancellations, and associated requirements. By making an appointment, you (the "Client") agree to the following terms: 1. Cancellation Policy 1.1 Non-Refundable Deposit: In the event of a cancellation, the deposit paid by the Client is non-refundable, except where the cancellation is due to the actions or inability of the service provider (Osose Inegbenose). 1.2 Notification Requirement: The Client must notify the Service Provider of any cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. 2. Guest Policy 2.1 No Guests or Friends Allowed: No guests or friends are permitted to accompany the Client to the appointment unless the appointment is a group booking. If the Client is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian may be present if they wish, but no children are allowed. This is to ensure a focused and professional environment for the Client. 3. Prom Makeup Booking 3.1 High School Student ID Requirement: Clients booking under the "Prom Makeup" category must present a current high school student ID at the time of the appointment. 3.2 Rate Adjustment: If the Client fails to present a valid current high school student ID, the Service Provider will charge the normal rate applicable to non-prom makeup services. 4. Travel Fees 4.1 Mobile Service and Travel Fees: If a mobile service is required, the Service Provider may charge additional travel fees. The total amount for travel fees will be agreed upon by both the Client and the Service Provider prior to the appointment and can range from $40 and above. 5. Enforcement and Agreement 5.1 Binding Agreement: By scheduling an appointment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to adhere to this Policy. Failure to comply with these terms may result in additional charges or the forfeiture of the appointment. 5.2 Amendments: The Service Provider reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client in writing or via electronic means.
